Yoga and Pilate luxe experience - Much more like a zen day spa than a gym/exercise space. Perfect escape from the daily chaos. Easy to book classes in app and good class timetable 7 days. I like the range of class types. I have been attending classes to build strength to help with backpain and have found it fantastic.

The class times are really suitable to a parent, allowing plenty of time for school drop off and then attending a class. I had a Reiki treatment from practitioner Nica. It was a most wonderful and beneficial experience. Nica's professionalism and knowledge combined with incredible healing hands elevated my mood, calmed my mind and reset my perspective on my current life situation. I have just started a group of private lessons with Toneet. Toneet is a wonderful teacher for me. I have learnt a lot about breathing and how beneficial yoga is. She is wonderful and very patient and the perfect teacher. These private lessons have been very beneficial for me as I suffer anxiety and aches and pains. Since I have started my anxiety has lessened heaps. I also am feeling heaps more positive and I am not feeling the aches and pains anymore. My posture was really bad and my body was stiff and sore. 3 weeks ago I took a picture of myself, and today I took another one and all I can think is wow!
